I have no reason to love you.
Love gives the light, hate gives the night.
Like everyone else, I fell in love with Adreane. In our 3 years of relationships, one thing I understood, “Fall in love is easy, but keeping it forever is difficult. In a relationship, your opposite partner asks a lot of questions. I don’t know from where these questions come into their mind. But it is very difficult to give the answer.”
In my relationship, my partner asked a lot of questions like how much did I love her, why did I love her, will I stay with her in my next incarnation? Bla….Bla…Bla..
“I don’t know how much I love you. I don’t know why I love you.” I replied.
And she didn’t get satisfied with my answer.
“It means you don’t have any reason to love me. You don’t know how much you love me.” She asked me.
She was very disappointed when she did not get her satisfactory answer. Sometimes, she used to tell me, “May be you don’t love me. Maybe you fall in love with another pretty girl. You don’t want to continue our relationship.”
At that time, I did not have any answer; so I became silent. And when she looked at me, to behave like a silent person. She used to tell me, “It is true, am I right?
I got irritated when she asked those questions. For getting ride of those irritating questions, I replied, “I love you more than me and if you will leave me alone, I will die. Without you, I’m nothing. Do you know why I love you? Because you are so pretty. You look very cute. I like your thoughts. Your hand is very soft like cotton. Your voice is very sweet, like a radio broadcasting girl. When I hear your voice, I want it more.”
She felt so shy and happy when she got those satisfactory answers.
But I think, these are unlogical questions answer. Beginning to end, there is no logic.
One day, when she was at home, she was cooking evening food for me. She invited me to her home to celebrate our 3 year relationship. But unluckily, a gas cylinder blasted at her home. Fire covered her body. She screamed and came out of the kitchen and jumped from the balcony to the ground. People took her to the hospital. The doctor saved her life, but the left part of her face was burned. Her voice didn’t come out clearly. After a few weeks, she became healthy. The doctor released her. And when I came to meet her at home. She used to cry in front of me and asked me, “Do you love me? Now I’m not pretty. My voice is not sweet now. My hand got burned. So why do you love me?”
Tears came out of her eyes. I wiped her tears, and I said to her, “When you ask me, why do I love you? I don’t have an answer, but you feel so sad when I say I don’t know. No reason I have. I have no reason to love you. But without any reason, I will love you forever.” She put her head on my shoulder and said, “I love you.” I said, “Love you, my dear.” I gave a kiss on her forehead.
Eventually, she realized, “There is no need for a reason to love.”
