Managing my phone — or is it managing me?
Recently, I went to a meeting of a monthly gay men’s social group in Boston. The topic up for discussion — How we relate to technology and social media –- drew me in. I knew going into the session that my relationship with my smart phone, along with the way I handle email, Facebook, etc. was not optimal.
