No one seems to know what the hell they’re doing.

So now we’re being told to wear masks, not that I’ve got a problem with that. Wearing masks stops the spread of the virus. So, let’s do it, the only problem I have is, why now? Why are we being told to wear face masks, the virus has been around for months. 4 months I think, 4 months of lock-downs in Ireland anyways.

So why now?

Why after 4 months do we need to wear a mask. Why not at the beginning?

When it first come out, we were being told to wear gloves because touching surfaces is bad, and you can catch it that way. Then weeks later they told us to stop wearing latex gloves because we’re touching the virus and then our faces, which is spreading the virus, ok fine.

Wash your hands, so let’s do that.

Now we are being told to wear masks. The problem I am having with this is. Why one thing after the other, why didn’t anyone have a plan to deal with this virus spreading or any other virus.

Every country was playing catch up, no one had a plan to beat this thing, gloves then wash your hand then face masks and the never-ending lockdowns, why of why was there no set plan in the beginning.

There should be a global agreement on this, what if the black death comes back, if it does, based on our handling of the coronavirus we’re fucked.

Can we not have a strategic plan for fighting viruses or preventing them from spreading. It might mean wearing masks outdoors, cleaning your hands and going into lock-downs, but can we not have a plan from the very beginning. Is it so much to ask for?
