Robespierre Heading to Portland to Consult on Reign of Terror
Maximillian Robespierre has embarked on a real old-timey looking sailing boat from a port in the South of France, heading as fast as is humanly possible to the Northwestern United States where he hopes to bring his expertise and his guillotine to assist in instituting the necessary reign of terror there.
