Almost 42 million views and a couple of movies later, he and his trip — one of several nouns people use to describe his friends and family — are living the good life.
We caught up with him on his cozy ranch to talk about his meteoric rise.
Take me back thirteen years to that pivotal moment on your ranch. What led to the scream heard around the world?
I’ve been screaming like that since I was a kid. The locals visit the farm regularly to hear me, but that was the first time anyone fired up their smartphone’s camera to record video.
I was blown away when she showed me the video. It really leveled up our performances to see them in high definition with quality sound.
