Their Appointment With Fish

My teen daughters, strength training, the Pandemic, and a nutrition experiment

My daughters and I, in 2014. The younger one is 13 and the older one is 18 now. Photo provided by the author.

I am not a proper cook, a dedicated mother, or a nutrition Nazi – far from it. I like shortcuts and delegation in cooking and parenting. I love ordering takeout. I celebrated the day my then three-year-old child first ate pizza and “freed” me from having to cook and feed her (that day.)
