Honestly, I don’t understand. If human babies and children are allowed, why wouldn’t landlords allow well-behaved pets?
We decided to change our search strategy, instead of asking if pets were allowed from the start. I wanted them to get to know us first. Be invested in us. They could see that these young professionals could pay their rent and take care of the place.
Tenants who will not become okupa. Okupas are the squatters who will take over your flat in Spain, not pay rent and protected by law. It can take months in court to evict an okupa.
