A woman that fights for balance
Agnes Sithole has become an unlikely hero to hundreds of thousands of black women throughout South Africa.
In 72, she took her husband to court to stop him selling their home against her wishes — and in the process, took decades-old apartheid-era laws to preserve what was rightfully hers.
In hindsight, Agnes Sithole knew it would be a brutal marriage. She married Gideon, her high school sweetheart, in 1972 but soon found herself turning a blind eye to what was going to be decades of infidelity.
An unknown hero stood against all odds, even at the age of 72, standing for her rights where she dragged her marriage to a man who was invisible in a relationship — worked hard to bring up her four children. But Agnes, I wish that while he was asleep, you would castrate him. The problem of infidelity would have found an end.

Bank robberies on a massive scale
Bank robbers tied hostages to the top of their getaway vehicles after a raid on the city of Araçatuba, south of Brazil.
Authorities said more than 20 people took part in the robbery, blocking the roads with burning vehicles and placing explosive devices across the city.
Large-scale bank thefts have become more common in recent years, with hostages serving as human shields.
The inspiration seems to be coming from Hollywood flicks. We must demand that Hollywood filmmakers show the theft in a thrilling way where the aftereffects in prison of brutal treatment go established in a more meaningful fashion, leaving a deep trauma in the minds of the masses.

Canteens hack meat out of menus
University canteens in Berlin will primarily offer vegetarian and vegan meals in the coming quarter as part of a campaign to make menus more climate-friendly.
The new menu is designed thinning out the carbon footprint of universities in the German capital.
I’m regretful to inform Germany & my readers. I’m not in any way standing inspired by this article. Under no circumstances should I relinquish my non-vegetarian delights until a doctor proves that non-vegetarian is poison to my health.

Beauty & Beast Pageant
Is this the world’s most beautiful mosquito?
You can’t help but marvel at how beautiful she is. This female mosquito, with its fabulous hairy legs and iridescent sparkle, is astounding. It is one of the species of Sabethes that occurs in Central and South America.
How unfortunate that this specimen is also an essential vector of tropical diseases.
After discovering this, these scientists began searching for beautiful beasts in their environment to hold a beauty pageant. As they felt it’s a pity not to acknowledge their beauty. It’s never too late, as this might earn them feel safe around humans less prone to attack.

Advertising Rape
Yves de M’Bella, A prominent television presenter in Ivory Coast, has received a 12-month suspended sentence for promoting rape during a live broadcast.
Yves de M’Bella had invited a man described as a former rapist to show how he had attacked women on a mannequin.
Widespread outrage followed, M’Bella got suspended from TV and radio.
Either that presenter was drunk. Or was missing his porn sites. Or had lost his potency for masturbation was looking for leads. Why should a reasonable man provoke an ex-rapist in the face of countless crowds? Then tell him to depict how he performed on a mannequin. If he had said to show it to him, I guess that would have led to a lighter sentence.

Eliminate weak descriptions
You’ll often find weak descriptions in the strain of bad adjectives. They’re like leeches that suck the life from your composition. And they often go hand-in-hand with adverbs, making them easy to blot. Here are some instances:
- Extremely large = Enormous.
- Really bad = Dreadful.
- Very beautiful = Magnificent.
Even if you don’t have an adverb pointing to a weak adjective, you can often attain your writing more impactful by finding stronger alternatives:
- Scared = Terrorized
- Dirty = Grimy
- Tired = Fatigued
