Smallcaps is a feature that turns lowercase letters into smaller capitals (relative to full sized capital letters).

Unfortunately, small caps is not currently included in the ‘Aa’ case dropdown menu in the standard office tool bar.

However, small caps can still be accessed with a few quick clicks.

If you would like to use small caps in a powerpoint presentation, word document or other Microsoft office program, use these 4 simple steps.

Step 1: Highlight the text you wish to turn into small caps.

Step 2: Right click the highlighted text and select ‘Font’

Alternately, use the shortcut CMD+T on Mac or Ctrl+T on Windows.
