In the world of work and productivity, we often disturb our thought processes. While aiming for zenith productivity and a deep-rooted desire to fulfill our dreams, we often falter across conflicting thoughts which lead us to negligence or frenzies towards work. Most of us are raised in an environment that makes you believe that you must become a workaholic or else you live as poor as a church mouse. These two choices make every one of us hit a dead-end, not knowing how to act out. On top of this, nobody wants to be on either side of the spectrum — true bliss lies somewhere in the center.

We often need some transparency in having a peaceful, comprehensible, cheerful, relaxing, and thrilling life. You should focus on setting your yearly goals and further breaking it down to smaller sub-goals. And, in order to be honest to ourselves, we need a near-perfect route to productivity that doesn’t sneak either our spirits or our aspirations.

“By thinking about your goals every morning, many times during the day, and every night, you begin moving toward it and bringing it toward you.” — Bob Proctor

Your mind endlessly wanders apart and interacts with all the sensations that come across your way. You may sometime unconsciously confine yourself, creating a zone of loneliness and separation from the rest of the world. This creates obstacles in focussing and makes you unproductive at work. Thus, we need a new mantra often known as — ONE-POINTED ATTENTION.

“If you focus on results, you will never change. If you focus on change, you will get results.” — Jack Dixon

I personally believe that within yourself we all have a secret treasure. We should attempt our best and express everything. To do your finest in our day, you ought not to work ourselves to tiredness or to compare your co-workers. At the same time, you do not intend to be slothful or lazy. Do not ever judge your hard work either against your own prior effort or with anyone else around you. Just develop your inner fire and work progressively. Even if your work is insignificant or monotonous, put all your heart into what you do. EACH SMALL ACTION BECOMES YOUR MANTRA.

“Concentration can be difficult to obtain, but once one has a firm hold on it, then it can be difficult to let go. “ — Lauren Lola

Close your eyes and meditate for a few minutes and try to spotlight your mind between the eyebrows. Hold up everything that you have for a tick and try to fix your thinking on ONE FIXED POINT. You might be tempted to shatter your concentration nearly every time, however, keep a laser-like intensity fixed on this one point when you are at work or whatever you happen to be doing at that time. The qualitative transformation occurs with focus rather than half-attention work. You might be surprised by your productivity and outcome of your newly discovered Mantra!
