Donald Trump sounds like a great big pussy
The Trump plan: Lay groundwork for resignation by laying blame on everyone else

Somebody grab him quick. Grab him by the … lapels and tell him to hang in there. Donald Trump sounds like a whiny pussy in his latest tweets and it has me concerned.
I’m afraid Donald Trump won’t stick around long enough to get the Republicans wiped out in the 2018 mid-terms and the 2020 presidential election. We need Donald Trump to continue to be the rallying cry for progressives; the catalyst for change that can really make America great again — by defeating the gerrymandering, voter-suppressing, cronyist, already-rich-enriching Republicans.
Hey tough guy
Where’s that Queens bravado? That New Yawk tough? Whatsamatter, Trumpy? Are the walls caving in on your fake kingdom?
“beleaguered”? Spelled correctly! Somebody got Trump an auto-spellcheck for Twitter! This level of accuracy and attention to detail is unpresidented in Trump’s tenure.
Speaking of excuses … We see your new strategy and we vote no! Don’t make excuses, Don! Don’t stop being the shameless, self-promoting, irrational, thin-skinned, reactionary, Russia & Fox News shill. Think of how much we’ll miss feeling superior to your toddler Twitter tantrums when Mike Pence is in charge after your inevitable resignation. Pity us!
Hang in for a little longer, Don, please. At least through the mid-terms. Pence might actually be able to get things done with the Republicans you’re crapping all over right now. Plus he’ll be soooooooo boring.
Impeach Donald Trump? No!
Say it ain’t so! Actually, I’ll say it. Don’t impeach Donald Trump. The only group of people less interested in impeaching Donald Trump than the Republicans are the Democrats.
Not crazy. It’s reality. The mid-term elections in November 2018 are about 15 months out. That means they’re now. Both parties are well into positioning and projecting likely outcomes for the next elections. Democrats do not want to make their historically ineffective, feckless vote-grabbing efforts any harder by having to run against an actually politically competent Republican administration.
Democrats do not want to shank-like-a-Donald-Trump-tee-shot this chance to earn back seats in the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate. The only upside to Trump winning the 2016 presidential election is the increased likelihood of Democratic gains in the 2018 mid-terms. Trump may give himself a Mulligan on the golf course, Twittersphere and from his bully pulpit, but the Democrats won’t be so lucky. They get one shot to make hay after the disastrous 2016 election.
So, please, Donald Trump — don’t go where you’re headed. Don’t quit on us. Don’t be a great big pussy. But do feel free to keep trashing your party, the media, the intelligence agencies and anyone else Fox News led you to with the simplest of ease. That’s the kind of reality TV we can all watch.
