For the most part we travel through our days with words washing over us, not giving too much thought to the ones we say or hear. But then there are moments, that echo for the rest of our lives. A person says something and it could be something you’d heard a hundred times before but suddenly the combination of the right voice at the right time, creates a shift in you that stops you in your tracks.
A line from a book, a lyric from a song, a passing remark from a stranger — sometimes, it takes just a few words to change the way we see ourselves and the world around us.
