Andrew Klavan’s sexism and the use of weapons to even the odds

Novelist and The Daily Wire commentator, Andrew Klavan, unwittingly submitted himself to play Sebastian — who according to tradition was tied to a tree, shot with arrows, and later beaten to death for his preaching — on social media, thanks to his claim that women cannot fight effectively with swords. This came in a reaction to an episode of The Witcher, a fantasy show on Netflix, in which, according to Klavan, a queen eats meat and engages in fights like a man.
