The Hotel Stories launches new event series — learn about personalisation, increasing direct bookings, hot trends and more from top experts.
Innovative ideas to encourage direct bookings, optimising personalisation techniques to capture direct customers, and ultimately increasing your hotels revenue are what we’re all about here on The Hotel Stories blog and at The Hotels Network.
To share this knowledge, we’ll be imparting our wisdom with an intimate and interactive new series of events, designed to help you as hoteliers discover the latest trends, learn about new techniques in digital marketing and e-commerce, and meet liked minded individuals from the industry in a relaxed and informative setting.
Our first event of the series will be taking place in Barcelona on Thursday 24 May 2018, from 9:00–14:00 CEST (conducted in Spanish).
The Hotel Stories @Barcelona will feature a workshop with a number of top speakers — both experts within the hospitality industry and specialists in digital marketing and analytics. Hear from Roger Callejà, of Gremi d’Hotels de Barcelona on the latest in Innovation and e-commerce strategies, as well as from Luiggi Sarrias of BeOne Communication on “Dayketing” and how to transform current events into communications campaigns that attract travellers.
Our own Juanjo Rodriguez, of The Hotels Network, will talk predictive analytics and how you can use machine learning to segment users in real-time, automatically change the website for them and motivate them to book direct. Manuael Bruscas, former Director of Marketing Analytics & insights at eDreams ODIGEO, will explore the latest innovations in analytics and how hoteliers can leverage insights to boost conversions. Round table discussions, case study analysis and networking opportunities will also take place, allowing you to explore together the challenges that hotels face when looking to increase direct bookings.
