This month, The Hotel Stories lands in the iconic destinations of Buenos Aires and Santiago de Chile. Organized by The Hotels Network, the interactive masterclass is back with the aim of inspiring and educating hoteliers who are looking to discover the latest trends in digital marketing and the most successful ways to engage the online customer.
Inspired by the positive feedback in Europe and the Middle East, we’re heading to South America for our next workshops. The Hotel Stories at Buenos Aires is happening on Tuesday, March 21st from 9:00–13:00 GST and our date in Santiago de Chile is Thursday, March 26th from 9:00–13:20 GST.
Once again, we have brought together an impressive lineup of panelists who will be sharing their insider tips and best practices, drawing on their vast experience. Thanks to the interactive format of the sessions, hoteliers will be able to discover the latest industry trends, as well as meet fellow hoteliers in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
Speakers include Felipe Guzmán, from MyHotel, who will be talking about the power of guest reviews and how to effectively manage and improve your hotel brand’s online reputation. Cinta Massó, from The Hotels Network, will be exploring the opportunities offered by predictive analytics and machine learning to improve the user experience on hotel websites and boost direct bookings.
We’ll also be hosting round table discussions with experienced hotel revenue managers so we can explore together the challenges facing the industry today and the best digital strategies and solutions.
