OmniOffice, a serviced office operator has leased a further 1,500 sqm at The Warsaw HUB, an ultra-modern office complex at the Daszyńskiego Roundabout. In total, the company will occupy nearly 3,100 sqm on two floors, with work-ready offices, conference rooms and virtual offices.

OmniOffice joined the tenants of The Warsaw HUB in October last year. At that time, the company leased 1,550 sqm of office space in the heart of Warsaw’s business centre. Interest in the offices in the modern complex was so great that the company signed a contract for a second space. OmniOffice will provide several hundred ready-made workstations for rent, as well as conference rooms and a comfortable relaxation area.

- We are delighted that tenants are developing in our buildings. The Warsaw HUB is one of Ghelamco’s most technologically advanced office buildings, and the use of solutions improving safety during the pandemic has been recognized by the prestigious WELL Health-Safety Rating certificate — says Jarosław Zagórski, Commercial and Development Director at Ghelamco Poland.

- Expanding the space we currently occupy in The Warsaw HUB by an additional floor is a natural decision for us. We took it up thanks to the interest of our customers choosing this particular location. Thanks to the additional floor, we will be able to accommodate with greater ease not only smaller entities looking for elegant and private space, but also larger teams looking for flexible lease terms — adds Piotr Woźny, CEO of OmniOffice.

OmniOffice offers modern serviced offices, i.e. equipped and ready to work offices and conference rooms, and virtual offices — providing a registered address for a company with full correspondence service. The company has been on the Polish market since 2013 and provides its services in the best locations and office buildings in the centre of Warsaw.

OmniOffice belongs to the group of prestigious tenants of The Warsaw HUB, among which are recognized Polish and international companies, such as: Getin Noble Bank, Standard Chartered, GATX, Atradius, Elanco, GrECo and Cushman & Wakefield. One of the complex’s three towers houses the Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express hotels, the first in Europe to receive the prestigious WELL Health-Safety Rating. The group of retail and service tenants includes, among others, a Biedronka supermarket, a Zdrofit fitness club, a Rossmann drugstore and a McDonald’s restaurant.

The agent assisting Ghelamco in leasing space in The Warsaw HUB is JLL.

About The Warsaw HUB

The Warsaw HUB is a multifunctional skyscraper complex developed in the most dynamically developing part of Warsaw, at Daszyńskiego Roundabout in Wola. The complex, which has won numerous awards in international competitions, consists of three buildings: an 86-metre-high hotel building and two 130-metre-high office towers connected with a common five-storey podium. The modern architecture of the building is the work of the renowned AMC studio of Andrzej Chołdzyński, designer, among others, of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the central section of the second line of the Warsaw metro. The interiors of The Warsaw HUB were created by award-winning Przemysław “Mac” Stopa and Massive Design.

The Warsaw HUB is the most innovative project completed by Ghelamco to date, going far beyond the framework of an ordinary office complex. The complex combines all the functions necessary for the operation of a modern business. The area of 113,000 sqm will house top-class office and co-working spaces, a conference centre, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express hotels, a shopping arcade and a fitness club.

The most modern solutions are used in The Warsaw HUB to protect tenants against the spread of viruses. Among other things, staff in the buildings have at their disposal a dedicated mobile application, which is part of the building operating system, Signal OS, created by Ghelamco. In an epidemic emergency, it will inform users if the building is operating in what is known as the pandemic mode.

The International WELL Building Institute™ (IWBI) has officially confirmed that the offices, retail space and hotels in The Warsaw HUB complex are among the safest in the world, awarding them with a WELL Health-Safety Rating certificate. In the case of hotels, it is the first such award in Europe.
