The Warsaw HUB has welcomed OmniOffice, an operator of serviced offices, as a new tenant. The company has leased 1550 m2 of modern office space, which will provide ready-to-use offices, conference rooms, and virtual offices.

The agreement between OmniOffice and the developer, Ghelamco, has been signed for a term of 7 years. The company will provide tenants with 1550 sq m of modern office space in The Warsaw HUB in the very heart of Warsaw’s business centre. OmniOffice’s spaces include 180 ready workstations on the 26th floor, made available in 52 rooms. The company will also provide tenants with conference rooms and a comfortable leisure zone.

“Top quality co-working spaces and serviced offices have been an important part of The Warsaw HUB’s functional program since the very start. This is why we are happy that our flagship project’s portfolio will be enriched with an experienced player in this segment,” says Jarosław Zagórski, Commercial and Business Development Director, Ghelamco Poland.

“We perfectly know that the Rondo Daszyńskiego area is the fastest developing office district in Warsaw and we could not miss such an opportunity. In addition, we really appreciate The Warsaw HUB’s functional requirements providing for serviced offices and top quality. We are convinced that our tenants will benefit from the cooperation,” says Piotr Woźny, CEO, OmniOffice.

OmniOffice offers modern serviced offices, i.e. furnished and ready-to-use offices, conference rooms and virtual offices, and provides registered addresses for companies with complete mailing support. The company has been operating on the Polish market since 2013 and it provides its services in top locations and office buildings in the centre of Warsaw.

OmniOffice has joined the continuously growing and prestigious group of The Warsaw HUB tenants, which includes recognised Polish and international companies such as Getin Noble Bank, Standard Chartered, GATX, Atradius, Elanco, GrECo and Cushman & Wakefield. In one of the three towers, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express hotels will soon open. Tenants from the commercial and services sector include, among others, Biedronka supermarket, Zdrofit fitness club, Rossmann drugstore, and McDonald’s restaurant.

In the transaction, Ghelamco was supported by JLL, a consultancy which is the sole agent responsible for the lease of office and commercial space in The Warsaw HUB.

About The Warsaw HUB

The Warsaw HUB is a multifunctional skyscrapers complex built in the fastest developing part of Warsaw, i.e. at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Wola district. It consists of three skyscrapers: the 86-metre hotel building and two 130-metre office towers, joined by a five-storey foundation. The building’s modern architecture was designed by a renowned architectural studio AMC of Andrzej Chołdzyński, author of, among others, Warsaw Stock Exchange and the central section of the second metro line, whereas the interior was created by the award-winning Przemysław “Mac” Stopa from Massive Design studio.

The Warsaw HUB has been Ghelamco’s most innovative project so far, which goes well beyond the traditional concept of an office complex. The complex combines all functions which are necessary for the modern business to operate. The 113,000 m2 of space will offer state-of-the-art office and co-working premises, a conference centre, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express hotels, a convenience centre, and a fitness club.

The project provides its tenants with numerous sophisticated solutions, including a mobile application for managing the office and navigating around the building. The Warsaw HUB also employs state-of-the-art technology to protect the tenants and their employees against the spread of viruses. In the state of epidemic threat, the application will inform users that the building has switched to the so called pandemic mode, in which the air conditioning system will operate using only fresh air (in order to avoid mixing the air extracted from office spaces with the one blown into them), and UV lamps will switch on in the lifts to effectively disinfect the space.
