The interest in Ghelamco’s projects continues and new agreements are being signed. In April, GrECo Polska, one of the leading insurance brokers, joined the group of The Warsaw HUB tenants.

The agreement between GrECo Polska and the developer, Ghelamco, has been signed for a term of 5 years. The company will occupy 740 m2 of office space on the 16th floor of tower B in The Warsaw HUB.

“Ghelamco’s projects, which are being delivered in the new business centre of Warsaw, are attracting leading companies from the real estate, insurance and financial sectors. We are happy that another key player from the industry has joined our group of tenants. We are convinced that the top-quality office space and excellent location will drive the business,” says Jarosław Zagórski, Commercial and Business Development Director, Ghelamco Poland.

“We have chosen Ghelamco’s project due to a perfect location and a very interesting architectural concept. Now, together with architects, we are working on creating a space which will provide employees with the best conditions for work and integration, as well as enable to use of modern solutions. We believe that a company is not only the office, its walls and equipment, but most of all the team which builds it. And since we have with us the top specialists on the market, we want to provide them with possibly the best conditions for creative work,” says Paweł Paluszyński, President of the Management Board, GrECo Polska.

In the transaction, Ghelamco was supported by JLL, a consultancy which is the sole agent responsible for the lease of office and commercial space in The Warsaw HUB. The tenant was represented by Terra Investments.

GrECo has joined a constantly growing group of The Warsaw HUB tenants, which include Polish and international companies, such as Getin Noble Bank, Standard Chartered, The Heart Warsaw, GATX, Atradius, Elanco, WeWork and Cushman & Wakefield. Tower A of the complex will house Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express hotels. The tenants from the retail and service sector include Biedronka supermarket, Zdrofit fitness club, Rossmann drugstore and McDonald’s restaurant.

About The Warsaw HUB

The Warsaw HUB is a multifunctional skyscrapers complex, which is being built in the fastest developing part of Warsaw, i.e. at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Wola district. It consists of three skyscrapers: the 86-metre hotel building and two 130-metre office towers, joined by a five-storey foundation. The building’s modern architecture was designed by a renowned architectural studio AMC of Andrzej Chołdzyński, author of, among others, Warsaw Stock Exchange and the central section of the second metro line.

The Warsaw HUB is currently Ghelamco Poland’s most innovative project, which goes far beyond the traditional concept of an office complex. The project is built upon the concept of a “hub”, i.e. a major functional and transportation centre. The complex combines all functions which are necessary for the modern business to operate. The 113,000 m2 of space will offer state-of-the-art office and co-working premises, a conference centre, hotels, a convenience centre, a fitness centre, and a centre of cooperation between corporations and start-ups.

The project will provide its tenants with numerous sophisticated solutions including access to the building and navigation using a smartphone, a car recognition system in the underground car park, and a charging station for electric cars.
