There are six basic human challenges divided into three (categories):

  • Decisions & Behavior (Brains)
  • Health & Fitness (Bodies)
  • Conflict & Cooperation (Tribes)

Here are six principles to tackle the six challenges:

Decisions

We humans are rational. We make decisions based on knowledge, wisdom and memory.

Behavior

We humans are emotional. Our decisions are influenced by our perception of risk, opportunity and our role in society.

Health

We humans are anti-fragile. We don’t simply survive. Cycles of stress and recovery make us stronger.

Fitness

We humans are natural born heroes. We have a blend of strength, endurance and coordination which provides extraordinary physical capacity.

Conflict

We humans are selfish. We are at all times individuals with different perceptions of identity, risk and opportunity. Conflict is generated by those differences in perceptions and disagreements over the allocation of effort, resources and representation.

Cooperation

We humans are social. We are at all times members of society. We are innately aware of the power of vision, unity and alliances.
