“How do we show up as the very best version of ourselves, every day, for our entire lives?”

This is the question I chase. My life’s work.

As I have reflected on this question over the past 20 years I have come to the conclusion that there are two major concepts present in this equation for all of us.

The High Dive and the Deep End.

A Framework for Life

In some ways it is as simple as this. At any given point in our lives we are in one of these two worlds — knowingly or not.

In short, the world of the high dive and everything that preceeds represents life in the comfort zone. From having no interest in climbing even the first rung through to peering over the edge at the deep dark unknown — the world that exists just beyond your current comfort zone.

The deep end is where magic happens. It is where we are stretching our limits beyond their max in pursuit of something we have never done before.

An ultimate challenge that pushes our limits.
