Hello Guys, My Name is Justin Brown and I’m a Business Management student at The University of Buffalo. In today’s society, Personal Development is key in life when it comes to opening new doors for the future and to be able to maintain and succeed in life.The importance of knowing about technology and how it relates to the rest of the society can be a big advantage in trying to expand your skills and knowledge. The Future of Education/Training/ Skill Development is the topic that we will be analyzing and discussing throughout our time. I choose this topic because I feel as if it’s a must for people to prioritize so that they will be prepared as well as accomplish the things they want in life. For business people like myself personal development is key when running a business or working for it because it requires a lot of skill that you are required to have in order to keep things smoothly. Besides those in the Business field as well as Education , Training and Skill Development is needed no matter what field you decide to commit to. Anyone will be able to benefit from learning this within yourself and be able to live your dream job. What I already know about this topic is that the main concept is to improve yourself in all aspects and utilize the resources that you have available to its best at and reasonable age to maximize production as you go forward in life, Some questions that I have had about this topic is the following :
- Why don’t schools teach kids other beneficial ways to become successful besides college ?
- How big of a change would it be if schools became virtual officially ?
- How does technology skills and knowledge play a role in advanceding and expanding in life ?
- Why aren’t there more knowledge of financial assets throughout earlier education such as middle school and highschool ?
- How would switching everything virtually affect the economy and would it improve or damage?
The area of knowledge that someone would have to have to prepare himself for this topic would be knowledge on technology such as its usage and potential if increase , courses and information taught at school and skill sets needed to advance in life. By having knowledge on these topics it will be easier to connect to what I’m saying about how the future will resolve and be beneficial.
