We want to learn from you.

Relationships have been a consistent theme for me to work on this year.

For a long time, I thought relationships worked as transactions, that love was conditional. This dynamic was a trauma response, and I wasn’t aware of it. Discovering and nurturing my spiritual life has helped me slowly break those toxic patterns.

Trauma bonding, empath/narcissist pairing, abandonment, and codependency are some of the topics I’ve navigated in my inner world. The transformation has been a big part of it as well. Thinking about the ones that stayed, the ones that arrived, and the ones that left can be a great life lesson for anyone.

The Challenge

If you could start anew, how would you show up in relationships? What would you change? What would stay the same?

How would your ideal relationships look? Think through all categories (family, friends, romantic partners, authority, acquaintances, coworkers) to make your thought process more robust.
