Your brand works on an unconventional business model. How did you get the idea of reselling pre-owned stuff?

I started by selling my personal items that I didn’t use anymore, on Instagram. Then a few of my friends reached out to me to sell their items as well. The feedback was outstanding then strangers started contacting me to sell their items too. At that point, I realized the demand to help people clean their closets was high. Clients contact us daily to sell their items through our consignment tab. Some clients are even raving about our new buyout option as it makes the selling process super easy.

-Submit item and details for review

-Once approved, ship the item to us

- Once received, we authenticate the product and photograph and list the item for sale. The buyout payment is then sent to you once received and reviewed. If it is a consignment, we send the payment once the item is sold.

What is the main objective of the company?

The main objective of the company is to allow buyers to shop rare items. Items that are out of season, can be easily found with us in our new arrivals section. As far as sellers we allow them to resell items or gifts that either they may not have liked or didn’t fit.

What advice would you like to give to anybody who is starting an offbeat business?

Trust is the most important aspect in this field. You would want your clients to know by doing business with you their precious items are in safe hands. When I first started building my brand, establishing trust with clients was my biggest obstacle.
