Active TIS-user Oskar van Rijswijk submitted The Innovation Station to Product Hunt, a site where new apps, services and products are being discovered through crowdsourcing. Thanks to that we had a really good week. We had visitors from more than a 100 countries and did get lots of love. So welcome all you new TIS-subscribers. This is a weekly letter where we pick noteworthy stuff from our site.

Video of the week
Carren reports from Kenya

The Innovation Station combines curated content with our own material. We do that for example with the international team of Metropolis of Dutch broadcaster VPRO. In this case Carren from Kenya reports on innovation in a small village. A moving portrait.

Selection of the week
#TIS Weekly: A Dose Of Docs

Every week we make a selection of the stuff you all add to The Innovation Station. This week we collected top notch documentaries to view during the weekend. Added by @JanHenkB, @daalder, @johanschaap, @markies, Gerard van Enk.

User of the week
Harald Heukers

Surprise us! That’s what Harald Heukers does. He added the video ‘Supersymmetry, Grand Unification and String Theory Documentary Lecture’ and added to that: ‘A clear and comprehensive theory of super symmetry.’ Watch, but beware, you need a little bit of insight knowledge ;-)

OK that’s it for this week, friends of innovation. Keep on submitting, keep on voting, keep on innovating. Questions ? Remarks ? Ideas ? hello@tis.tv is the address! From TIS with love, Erwin Blom.
