#TIS Weekly
Sharing Around The Globe
Our first month was good one. And it was good one partly thanks to our partners of VPRO Metropolis. That network of reporters showed us sharing examples around the globe. It’s good to have stories from Indonesia, Russia, Kenya and Chile. And some of them are really touching. Sit down, relax, get inspired!
Theme of the week
The Disruptors
You can innovate on a small scale and a local level. That’s good. But there’s another league of innovators as well: disruptors change sectors or parts of their world. The theme of this week takes you to the stories of whistleblowers and inventors, to inventors of mobile phones and Wikipedia.
Selection of the week
Manuel Acedevo
We ask people we admire to come up with their most inspiring videos. The talks or docs that made them change. Manuel Acedevo is an independent consultant in information-communication technologies. He gets inspired by talks on data, open source and the power of networking.
OK that’s it for this week, friends of innovation. Keep on submitting, keep on voting, keep on innovating. Questions ? Remarks ? Ideas ? hello@tis.tv is the address! From TIS with love, Erwin Blom.
