The Innovation Station is looking for new ways of story telling, for new ways of presenting quality content. And we think we’re on the right track. Let us know if you agree (and if you don’t too ;-)), but have a look at three specials we made at least!

Health
Bionic limbs and 3D printed organs

We have a format called 1–10–100. In 1 minute we explain a problem or tell a story on social media. In 10 minutes we add depth in an interactive documentary that leads to 100 minutes of programs you helped selecting. See the example on Health & Innovation. Watch the linear story and see more on the subject when triggered! The future of health is besides about prevention about bionic limbs, 3D printed organs, blood vessels and pills, apps and Artificial Intelligence.

Refugees
Impressive innovations for a complex problem

And we’re glad to tell you that our 1–10–100 format is doing very well. For example our Refugees & Innovation special helped us reach an audience of 2.8 million people last month. And 400.000 people watched our video on the subject. Have a look at our special, because we think it’s impressive what people are doing to tackle the problems of refugees.

Music
Trends? Streaming, curation and playlists!

This was our start with the idea of giving you, the viewer, overview on a subject in a limited time and at the same time the option to go deeper in the subjects or the persons you’re interested in. We made a compilation of all the people we talked to on the Eurosonic / Noorderslag festival and the trends they see in music. Does someone say something interesting? Watch the whole interview!

OK that’s it for this week, friends of innovation. Keep on submitting, keep on voting, keep on innovating. Questions? Remarks? Ideas? hello@tis.tv is the address! From TIS with love, Erwin Blom.
