[Conscious Philosophy] — Number is the ruler of forms and ideas
Pythagoras (c.570–495 BCE)
More than 2,500 years ago, someone called Pythagoras founded one of the earliest recorded form of wisdom in Numbers in the West.
This laid the foundation for Mathematics, Physics and Engineering where our lives are hugely based upon. Had for not this, we will still be living in fear, slavery, suppressions, or brainwashed to brute power of Kings/ dictators, or Churches who had their personal agenda.
Few also knew that his work can actually be related to symbolism and geometry that are linked to Tree of Life, Flower of Life, Fruit of Life and Seed of Life. These, are the dynamics and representation of lives and cycles of all sentient beings. (This is another chapter by itself)
What do Numbers have to do with Life?
This is most simplest and yet most difficult to understand.
Basically all ideas that stem from human beings have a common denominator in numbers. Everything in Nature also correspond in numbers.
From one becomes two, two become four, four become eight…
These are actually related to the shapes of our atom and molecular structures of life.
Harmonic Series
It is said that he made an important discovery while listening to the blacksmiths at work. “One had an anvil that were half the size of the other, and the sounds they made when hit with a hammer were exactly an octave apart.”
He has discovered a ratio of numerical harmonies, which we now know as the harmonic series.
Harmonic series are now used to design and tune musical instruments, concert halls, buildings, bridges. And over time, people are now using this idea to do sound healing such as cancer (in reducing or kill the cancer cells). Sound can also be used to find out your purpose, your calling in life.
Harmonic series lay the foundation for quantum mechanics as well. Thus you will notice scientists who are cross disciplines have interest and passion in music as well.
Subsequently in 1600s, German mathematician Johannes Kepler describes the relationship between geometry and physical phenomena. He was in favour of Copernican worldview which began the revelation of Science again after Church took power for thousands of years in the Western of the World.

In the ancient Chinese Ba Zi, one is able to determine their life just by using their birth date and birth time time for calculations. It can be so accurate as to find out exactly how many cars, houses, religion will one has at which point in time of his or her life.
This will be the first of all of my other articles on Philosophy. Do note I am not promoting any one Philosophy. But rather the key lies in the ability to understand all Philosophies and how they are actually linked and interwined together.
