What is an article?
An article is a piece of writing for a wide audience. This will be written in either newspapers or journals in order to make a difference to the world. The key reason for writing an article is to convey something to the people around the world. The Internet is the most commonly used “medium” (see what I did there ;) to exchange and gather knowledge in the world. There is a fair chance you can find it online whether it is a truth or an opinion on something. Many people share their time and experience to offer these facts and professional opinions. It is one of the most productive ways to express and be known for what you know through writing posts and uploading them to the internet. The one who offers more insight into the originality of the writer through his vast experience is a strong feature post.

Select topics mindfully:
Is there a subject you have long wanted to write — a topic you’ve thought of and produced or came up with some clever or hitting words? Do you want to write for a particular publication? Plan your article on a working theme. It should be brief, better put into one or two sentences. Let the title be sufficiently enticing to attract the readers. The article should provide an overview of what the readers can expect of you. It should show your opinions on the subject and it should be something for the reader.

Fun fact: you can never go wrong with a topic that you feel for.

Try to go deeper into the subject. You might find something awesome!

Good research:
Request enough details to help you block the article into conclusive paragraphs to fit your article’s unique content. Research is a crucial phase in the demarcation by writing an article of the required stages. This early stage of research allows you to drive your content to explain. This also helps you write a consistent and persuasive question letter. We should know about the topic before writing and this can be only achieved through research.

Make it interesting:
Using unusual topics to lift the reader’s curiosity. Using descriptive passages and anecdotes. Write a detailed introduction to the subject of the paper. The reader can also use a comical anecdote or a catchy example. One thing that is guaranteed to bring attention to your writing is the feeling of excitement arising from interesting stories. Passion for a subject is evident in your prose, which typically makes it more vibrant and engaging. It infuses a contagious excitement in your words, just as it’s easy to speak about something you find fascinating to someone knowingly. So when you have to write an article on subjects you have no passion for, issues occur.

Use whatever is available to you

Always keep a notepad:
Keep a handy brainstorming notebook with a pen or an iPad or even a laptop ( for some, their mobile phone) so you can take it anywhere. Inspiration can enter us anywhere and you should not be poorly prepared to record your thoughts. You may be losing your thought if you are trapped in certain places that make it difficult to hit the pen and paper, like on a prolonged journey, caught in traffic, or a long walk in the park. So be better equipped to deal with such situations. It is a very useful tip because you can neglect to recollect and relate ideas and thoughts that you came up with during your previous busy session to the ideas you remember after returning from these activities and link them to a plot.

Choose simple words:
Our main motive is to convey messages or information to people. So, using simple words will attract people to read more. When you use difficult and long words that only intellectuals or people who are good in English can understand then what about the people who are not acquainted with such tough words? Readers mainly focus on the content, not in the use of words. Therefore, no need to put such big words which will discourage many readers while reading the article. Just use longer words if it’s such a particular definition that no other words would do.

Isolate yourself before writing

Eliminate disturbances:

Many people say they work better while working together. This is rarely the case, especially if it is intended to write a whole article in a short time. You will pay full and divided attention to the best posts when you’re alone. Turn off the television and mute social media to focus solely on the writing of the article before you start to write your first sentence. When you focus on a single work at a time, you can be able to give your best to it.

Fun fact: Yes, it is better to stay away from social media while writing & make sure your kids are taken care of beforehand (if you’re a parent).

Use bullet points:
Writing in bullet points will allow you to organize and complete the article more quickly. Bullet pointed items most often contribute to higher traffic as algorithms for search engines prefer to concentrate on items with bullet points and subheadings. Writing in newsletters not only saves time, but it can also boost the chances of reaching the target market. It is always better to be specific and to the point. Use active voice, avoid vague nouns, use words, not their definitions, and reduce verb phrases to simple verbs to be more precise. Turn the bullet points to sentences one by one, after you sketch the skeleton of the article.

Be your own critic!

Revise:
You become your first reader & make sure it is enjoyable. Always revisit your article and edit your words or typographical errors in terms of grammar or omission. The content of a website is similar to the writing of a product and they are both hand-in-hand according to what is written on the website. However, there are many blogs in a functional style. You will pause after posting and then edit with a fresh pair of eyes. Writing is a learning process and when you first start writing, you don’t always make your best material. Revision, therefore, offers an opportunity for you to critically review what you wrote. If it really makes sense to ask, if what you wanted to say is written, and if a reader understands what you say, your article is complete.

Conclusion:
There is no such thing as a “perfect” article. Each and every article expresses the author’s experience and emotions. Writing a good binge-worthy article is difficult but not impossible. Crafting out an outline prior to the write up along with thorough knowledge about the subject will certainly help.

I wish you happy writing!
