TYPES OF ‘PAIN’ RELATED TO EMOTIONAL STATES

Many of you have a constant complaint of different types of physical pain such as a headache, back pain, neck pain and what not?

But have you ever thought why even after medication you can’t get rid of it?

It’s not always health complications that cause these problems. You will be surprised to know that even your emotional status could be the reason behind such physical pains.

Yes, emotional states are directly connected to these pains as there is a link between our body, spirit and emotions. Here are few types of pains that are linked to your emotional conditions.

1. Headaches

You often notice that whenever you take stress or have some other tensions the first thing you complain about is headache. Headaches or migraines are the results of day to day life. Relieving the body of stress may help to ease any head pain.

2. Neck pain

Generally, the reason behind neck pain which we give is neck injury or strain. But you might not know the fact that pain in the neck signifies the need to forgive. It may be forgiveness of another person or even forgiveness of one’s self. It is important to think about the things one loves about themselves and others to fight this pain.

3. Shoulder pain

There could be numerous reasons behind shoulder pain. But to your surprise , shoulder pain is a sign that one may be carrying a heavy emotional burden. Basically, they are shouldering everything. Try to think of ways to solve this emotional problem or share the load with trusted friends or family.

4. Upper Back pain

Whatever the reasons behind upper back pain , you will be surprised to know that the emotional fact that can be one of the causes is lack of emotional support. Maybe one does not feel appreciated, or they are holding back feelings of affection and hence this is manifesting this pain.

5. Lower Back pain

Like upper back pain your lower back pain may also signify some interesting fact. Lower back pain is caused when someone has financial worries. Try to sit down and focus on managing money better or hire a financial planner. It might also be time to ask for that well-deserved raise.

6. Knee pain

Knee pain may mean that one thinks too highly of themselves. Spend some time volunteering and remember that all people are mortal. No one is free of imperfections.
