Leave Your Fears Behind!!!
Well, next we are gonna talk about our fears. What do you fear the most? What fears have been holding you back from achieving what you want and seizing the moment?
Well as per a previous book I’ve created on WattPad called: “What Are You Waiting For?” which I believe would be great to read before you continue reading this. Plus I’ve got enough time and won’t be for at least a solid 3 weeks to this book.
I believe that it’s good to focus more on the positives of each moment both good and bad. Whether you are having a rough day, even those challenging moments, there’s always a bright side to it all. It’s important to focus on what you can gain from your moments. They are more than you may feel or believe in the heat of the moment. Or more than anyone could ever expect or assume any moment to be.
And then there are the things that make you happy. It’s also especially important to put your needs first and do what makes you happy, what sets your soul on fire. What makes you feel alive! Find it and if you haven’t, stay strong and remain hopeful that you’ll find it one day!

When you don’t think about the negative outcomes of doing things, you start to enjoy your life more rather than fearing the worst and making things bigger than they actually are. Which I’ll be posting an article on Medium, check me out and read some of pieces of work and art. I have posted many around mental health. Which I’m sure we all could use some inspiring, yet encouraging words.
