I used to start my morning pressing the snooze button, checking my phone for 15–20 minutes, and dragging myself through a rushed routine. By the time I began working, I wondered why I felt behind, scattered, and unmotivated.

My horrible morning routine was destroying my day. But I didn’t know what to do about it. Then, I looked up online and learned that building a structured morning routine could boost my focus, energy, and overall productivity. And the best part? It was backed by psychological studies.
