About The Introvert Network
We started ‘The Introvert Network’ with the fundamental belief that introverts make for great professionals and leaders, even in this world where notions of success are skewed towards extroversion. Introverts have made it big in every field you can imagine. This community is for those who know what it means to make it big in this world, all the while embracing their personality and adorning who they are, just as much as it is for those who are still discovering their way through. There is a lot that we can learn from each other. We are dedicated to providing introverts with equal access and representation in their careers at all levels. This community seeks to provide a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all introverts currently working or aspiring to work in high-performing roles to learn, connect, and grow.
This is an international network for career guidance, mentoring and peer-to-peer learning — all tailored for the introvert personality. The group is open to young leaders from top schools, leading artists, entrepreneurs, thinkers, lawyers, finance professionals, musicians, techies, and all other change makers.
Introverts are (usually) great at creating things, and this is where we create our own close-knit community. This is where, contrary to popular belief, #IntrovertsGetTogether!
Raison D’Etre
In a world where being social and outgoing are prized above all else, it can be difficult, even fearful, to be an introvert, especially in a high-performing work environment. Many introverts spend a lifetime in trying to turn into extroverts, or trying to outcompete extroverts by playing the game by their rules. The Introvert Network was formulated to influence the rules of the game to make work environments more inclusive for introverts, as also to present personalized guidance and mentoring for introverts in all roles to succeed.
