Above The Law?

Is anyone?

Imagine an indictment of Hillary Clinton. Imagine a trial and a guilty verdict.

Federal guidelines specify 78 months of the low side to 96 months of the high side. Seven years (plus) in a federal prison. As collateral damage; 52 months for Bill, 38 months for Chelsea.

Anybody see that happening?

Even if she was proven guilty, undeniably guilty, could that happen here?

Let’s get this straight. The most admired woman in the world for the last 14 years, winner of the popular vote in the 2016 presidential election, Secretary of State, Senator, First Lady, Grammy winner. Her and her family, sent to the slammer?

What would the world think? What would the half the country who voted for her think? What would you think?

Would anybody do anything about it?

Could anything be done about it?

Like what?

It is doubtful that Hillary Clinton will do time. Even if she is indicted, tried and convicted.

Trump would pardon her.

So, maybe, there is something to this “Above The Law” notion.
