Saying “Never Again” Is For Everyone Is Like Saying “All Lives Matter”!
Antisemitism for Dummies
In the same way that well-educated and nonracist people know that saying “All Lives Matter” instead of “Black Lives Matter”, is racist, you should also know that saying “Never Again” means “never again for everyone” is an antisemitic statement that I have heard one too many times!
Of course, when the Jewish community teaches the concept of “Never Again”, it is indeed meant for everyone!
Why do antisemites like to perpetuate the narrative that Jewish people somehow do not care about the lives of Palestinians?!?
Isn’t it the truth that the antisemites are free to celebrate our deaths in the streets?
Isn’t it true that after 10–7, the antisemites celebrated and then called for more deaths of the Jews and called for their deaths in the streets?
Isn’t it true that Jews were refused the opportunity to grieve in peace but that the world, instead blamed Israelis for being victims?
“Never Again” is a promise: a promise that ties the past to the present and the future.
“Never Again” is a promise that we will never forget the 6 million Jews who perished in the Holocaust.
