Lying on the grass,
I’m staring at the stars.
Thinking your name,
I hope to see you again.

Trying to touch,
I’m stretching my arms.
Feeling the air,
I drink the pain again.

Seeing a shooting star,
I’m wishing the past to change.
Closing my eyes,
I relive our days again.

Remembering your laugh,
I’m wondering why it didn’t last.
Struggling to stand,
I fell once again.

Spotting dark clouds,
I’m cursing why it ever came.
Lying on the grass,
I wait for rain again.
