Oak-Song Dreams

A poem

kalhh

We talk of oak-song dreams,

giants that lilt from acorn

to old age like we will sail

our boat to unknown forests

and drink honey from Jurassic leaves

that span twenty, no, thirty feet

and stave off the rain
