Bimbo entered the office and sauntered to Edee’s desk. He sat slouching in the metal folding chair without being asked. Edee kept his left hand under the desk on the trigger guard of the shotgun. If Bimbo tried anything Edee would blow him back out the front door.

“You know Saya Moriyama?” Bimbo asked tossing the manila folder onto Edee’s desk?

“No, I don’t think so,” Edee answered, though the name sounded vaguely familiar.

“Take a look,” Bimbo said pointing the folder.

Edee opened it up. It was thin. There were three photos. One was a glossy ad for a hostess club with a beautiful young woman in a tight red dress, probably in her mid-20’s Edee guessed. The next one was of the same woman and a stocky older Japanese man in a black business suit. She was leaning on his shoulder giving a million-dollar smile while he stood stoically wearing dark shades and sporting a strict looking crew cut. The last picture looked older to Edee. It was a faded toothpaste ad from a magazine. Edee guessed the woman in that one was probably in her late teens. There were two more documents. Both of them looked like job applications, but they had most of Saya Moriyama’s information on them. The first one was a few years old, but the last one had been filled out four months ago. They were for local high end hostess clubs.
