The Alignment

Laces away, I am, from paradise.

I love the worlds you’ve sought
and how you’ve become them
and how you’ve become mine
pirouetting within my palm.

I praise how each of your curves
leave crumb-like thoughts around
only for me to find;
incessantly longing for my caress.

Each stroke of mine dying to know
the fluent warmth of your veins
which lies beneath your satin skin.

How your form took the sheets by grace
falling without care into the white
devoured, you’ve become my dear
by every inch of the embrace.

Greet the longest night you’ve known
As we part ways with the sun,
and let time sinks us both.

The littlest of particle witness
where our ends aligned
overcoming each desire
as I conquer those crimson lips.
