The eyes filled with drowsiness,
and the body with weariness.
Of a long lost journey
In the kingdom of the dream.

Beneath the grand oak tree,
in the pool of blood
lay the cage of flesh and bones.
The tormentation has ended
and the pain has also faded.

The tears have dried away,
the suffering is too about to end.
A new life will bloom
As the fire of sacrifice shines.

Sun is setting below the orange-red sky,
and high above the birds fly by.
To return back tomorrow
and sing the songs of joy and sorrow.

Immersed in the light of love
in peace, he hears
‘To love is to live
‘To live without regret and fear’.

The pain has gone, so has the suffering.
The cold and pale cage remains and so does the tale.
