Well, some mischief maker
Called and cancelled her flight
She was redder than blood dipped chili
That’s the story

Home went she
With no hope of something good
Slept in till the evening news
“Tragedy struck today when
Flight №439, a Boeing 737
Headed for Michigan was hijacked”

She sprang for her ticket
Who knew mischief could do such good?
Gratitude always, regardless
Cause oftentimes
That’s the story
But not the end
