Ooh my God! What a helpless society
The society seemed to be led based upon rules, principles and emotions of some individuals rather than the constitutional rules and principles.
As I was sited with my arms folded on a four armed chair, I envisioned concerning a certain society.
A society that had a very low level of development.
A lot of slums were scattered all over.
Millions of people were in locomotion from one place to another.
Their faces had a lot of wrinkles which implies that they were having sorrows due to much economic difficulties.
On the other hand, I saw law enforcers carrying out their daily duties. Behind them were some en-titled men with well decorated pieces of cloths hanging on their necks. Their main duty was to give out straining directions towards the law enforcers.
Some of those directions were some how oppressive to the people.
Disgustingly indeed, some of the en-titled men tried to “Mwambafy” themselves by doing things that were contrary to their work ethics and principles of democracy.
Most of them did so in order to impress themselves and get favor in the eyes of the top leaders. As a matter of fact, peoples’ freedom of expression seemed to be entirely suppressed by them. Some of them went even further by trying to intimidate people by taking their lives.
At a far distance, I could see that their(leaders’) ears were well equipped by sound proofs — something which reflected back the cries of the helpless people concerning their freedoms.
The society seemed to be led based upon rules, principles and emotions of some individuals rather than the constitutional rules and principles.
Most of their leaders failed completely to be a servants of the people and instead, each one tried to protect their job so that they could attain their day to day bread.
It is high time to understand that being a leader simply means sacrificing both your time and energy serving people.
