Maaveeran, very creatively done!

When you wonder how the Thamizh folks are going to deliver a superhero film…

In the dog-eat-dog world of Thamizh cinema with giants such as Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Vikram, Vijay, Dhanush, STR, Ajith and others still releasing movie after movie you wonder how Sivakarthikeyan is going to make his mark and has he got it right, this time? You bet he has in a superbly creatively film as this one. While the Mallus did an exceptional job with “Minnal Murali”, “Maaveeran” is certainly not far behind. Best part, comedy isn’t sacrificed, till the end. Good job by director and writer, Madonne Ashwin. Using Vijay Sethupathy was another clever move that pays off well.

The first shot of Saritha and I just couldn’t recognize her, the incredible actress she is. Just a few days ago was listening to “Vedham nee, iniya raagam nee” and how time has changed everything.

Forwarded one song but another slow one is haunting and beautiful.

Have just watched two of Sivakarthikeyan’s films and I am glad I followed a movie recommendation for this film. It’s on Amazon Prime and don’t you miss it.
