We know, everyone has been going on and on about Lumiere London, the light festival taking place across London this weekend. With more than 50 artworks, you’re invited to be dazzled by light shows across the city, transforming London’s streets. The best part? The entire festival is completely free, and Regent Street is pedestrianised for the weekend!

Feast Your Eyes on Degas at the National Gallery

Degas Drawn in Colour London this Weekend

This small exhibition at the National Gallery features 20 paintings, pastels and drawings on loan from the Burrell Collection in Glasgow. This rarely seen collection of lesser-known works gives a fascinating insight into Degas’s artistic development throughout the various stages of his life. Drawn in Colour: Degas from the Burrell is in residence at the National Gallery through to May 7th, and amazingly, admission is free.

Big Smoke Ronnie Scotts London this Weekend

Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club will be hosting The Big Smoke Family this Sunday. The Big Smoke is a collective that plays unique music drawing on New Orleans funk and the spirit of Mardi Gras. Advance tickets are £8, or £10 at the door.
