A pop-up office for National Stress Awareness Month designed to integrate mindfulness into the workday and inspire ways to think about work differently.

Mindalt exists to deliver better moods every day. And with that comes a strong desire to accelerate a move away from the hustle-at-all-costs mindset that only leads to burnout and towards a more mindfully productive way to work.

We created the World’s Most Mindful Office with Luminary, a career and personal growth platform, and burnout coach Cait Donovan, as a way to help people think about work differently. What if you worked more mindfully by taking breaks to reset, be present, energized about what matters and work with intention?

The mindful office starts with a reimagined workspace. One that brings the outside inside to help relieve our senses and soothe our souls. Then it builds in mindful breaks and tools to put mindfulness to work for you. Experience it for yourself all through April at The Luminary collaboration hub in NYC. When you book the private office at Luminary, you’ll have access to an inspiring workspace and develop new rituals to boost creativity, productivity and mindfulness.

The office design transforms the workspace into a beautiful, sensory retreat (think secret garden meets work-ation) with all the benefits of a high-tech office, and the added value of built-in mindful breaks.

The office will only be booked once a day to allow for thorough cleaning and COVID tracking.

What your experience will look like:

The office design by floral artist Kristina Libby is meant to trigger a mindful state through nature. You can tune into your complimentary subscription to Spiritune, a music app that combines principles of music therapy and neuroscience to help focus, uplift and calm, enjoy beverages from Recess.

Then you will be prompted to set your intention for the day and take mindful breaks throughout your time in the office.

More Focus Mindful Moment: Start with a spritz of the essential oils of Mindalt More Focus. Then enjoy an intention-setting exercise brought to you by Caveday, a community for deep work and get access to a free 3 hour facilitated sessoin on their platform to use anytime before April 30th.

Less Anxiety Mindful Moment: Start with a spritz of the essential oils of Mindalt Less Anxiety. Then enjoy a stress-relieving exercise brought to you by burnout coach and acupuncturist, Cait Donovan.

More Energy Mindful Moment: Start with a spritz of the essential oils of Mindalt More Energy. Then follow along via video as Cait Donovan leads a QiGong Energy Face Wash.

More Mindful Mindful Moment: Start with a spritz of essential oils of Mindalt More Mindful. Then chill into a mindful meditation provided by Sochill.io to create the mindset to segue to the rest of your day.

At the end of the session, you take home the Mindalt Mood Enhancing Deodorant of your choice.
