In childhood’s realm, a need to please did grow, exploited by cruel hands, inflicting woe. Yet still, I chose to offer my heart’s embrace, Unaware of the darkness, unable to trace.

At eleven’s turn, the truth began to dawn, love’s tendrils twisted, my innocence withdrawn. Abuse, a bitter lesson, I came to learn, My love, a puppet, for their desires to churn.

Unseen, these traumas shaped my fragile core, their echoes reverberating, forevermore. High school’s horizon beckoned, love’s siren call, A taste of sweetness, consumed, I did fall.

Through lover's fleeting, love’s tapestry unfurled, each chapter etching wisdom in a swirling world. No happenstance, I now perceive with clear eyes, born into faith’s clasp, where prophecies disguise.

Love, my dear companion, became a double-edged sword, Used against my spirit, by those abhorred. But solace lies, for angels walk by my side, souls who share the journey, in shadows they hide.

Raised by demons’ hands, our wings held tight, yet our collective strength shall vanquish the night. Embracing scars and pain, we rise above, reclaiming our essence, the power to truly love.

In the face of darkness, our healing shall ignite, with shared understanding, we reclaim our flight. A symphony of broken souls, mending in grace, from the depths we emerge, love’s radiant embrace.
