The Lark

After

In an iridescent costume

Wind walks over the water
Ripple’s dance gaining momentum
Waves splash onto the golden shore
Clothed in a silver spectrum.

Faint blushes paint the horizon
Tinting the fleecy clouds
Then the imperious sunrises
Ablaze in crimson shrouds.
