Choose Awareness

Mind over matter

Photo by Karolina Grabowska from Pexels

It started all those years ago,
my mind would just overflow
Sitting, staring at the sky
wondering if I would die.

The thoughts were all too much
sending me into a panic such,
My mind I needed to get straight,
for which I needed a great big crate.
