How I wish this pandemic to end
Let me write down the deepest feeling
of every person living in this world,
which is the fear of dying from a virus
coming from a stranger’s breathing or
saliva causing this way death by
respiratory discomfort and that
despite age, status, race or location.
From Wuhan, city of the ancient
Middle Kingdom in Asia,where this
deadly germ has been discovered,
going to the cities of Europe,
defying the America of Uncle Sam,
stirring up the Latin continent,
shaking Africa from Durban to Cairo,
Corona kills and destroys on its way
leaving behind its share of corpses.
Who are you Corona to turn this
way our lives upside down?
Who brought you into this world
and for what purpose?
Just leave us alone
you and your variants!!!
You are a mean one Corona.
You only kill innocent ones,
Because of you, we live away,
separated from our loved ones.
For their sake, we can no longer
receive their kisses and hugs.
