Helping Hands
Always given
Here’s a helping hand to pull you up
when you need to get off the ground.
Here’s a helping hand to lift you up
when you begin to feel down.
Here’s a helping hand to lead you
when you lose your way.
Here’s a helping hand to guide you
when you begin to drift.
Here’s a helping hand to keep you close
When things fall apart.
Here’s a helping hand for support
When your balance is lost.
Here’s a helping hand for assurance
When your faith begins to fade.
Here’s a helping hand to boost you up
When confidence begins to ebb.
Here’s a helping hand for friendship
When you are all alone.
Here’s a helping hand for strength
When you feel weak.
Here’s a helping hand to give
when you have less.
Here’s a helping hand to receive
When you wish to share.
Here’s a helping hand always
Whenever it is needed.
