The Lark

A poem

Transliterated encounter
of the text and its context,
stifled construct
demolished object;
going through the senses
of mechanical semantics and species,
insolent tongue fantasy.

Yes, translating is akin to betraying;
ideas, people and words,
with coherent features
with a racialized vision of the others;
-exoticizing on otherness-
discriminate between us and others,
never really innocent.

A Language is the set of mistakes in its History -
Jacques Lacan

Transliterado encuentro
del texto y su contexto,
constructo sofocado
objeto demudado;
atravesando los sentidos
de semántica mecánica y especie,
fantasía de la lengua insolente.

traducir es afín a traicionar;
ideas, personas y palabras,
con rasgos coherentes
con visión racializada de las otras;
-exotizante sobre la alteridad-
discrimina un nosotros y los otros,
nunca inocente de verdad .

Una Lengua es el conjunto de los equívocos de su Historia —
Jacques Lacan
